Free Cancellation Terms

We offer complimentary cancellation for all bookings when canceled 48 hours before your scheduled pickup time. Your prepaid amount will be fully returned through your original payment method within our standard processing window.

Late Cancellation Fees

Should your plans change within 48 hours of pickup, our graduated refund structure applies: two days prior receives 70% back, one day prior receives 50% back, and same-day changes receive 20% back of the rental cost. This helps us maintain vehicle availability for other travelers.

No-Show Policy

Reservations without arrival or notification will be charged in full. We understand unexpected events occur, so please reach out to our support team if you experience extraordinary circumstances that prevent your arrival.

Booking Modifications

Adjust your booking details up to 24 hours before pickup without extra costs. Later changes may require additional fees based on current rates and car availability. Early returns receive credit for unused full days, minus a small administrative fee.

Refund Processing

Your refund returns to the original payment method. Standard processing takes 5-7 business days for cards, 7-10 days for bank transfers, and 3-5 days for digital payments. Special circumstances like weather events or vehicle issues may qualify for expedited processing.
